We are tracking a MAJOR OUTAGE from 3rd party backhaul bandwidth provider SPECTRUM/CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS that took over 1K customers down from internet availability. Their network shows still as unresponsive. They quoted a repair time of 4/30 - 3AM EST. Be advised that network performance will suffer and be unreliable until the bandwidth provider restores the service. We are doing everything on our side to work with their level 2 support team to restore service.
